Lee Gosshawk is the Masterlink Apprentice Coordinator for the Auckland region. Masterlink is a wholly owned subsidiary of Master Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers NZ. The scheme employs a pool of apprentices who undertake National Certificate training, including on-the-job training with host companies. As area coordinator Lee is responsible for mentoring each apprentice throughout the training period. This hands-on, focussed programme means that all Masterlink apprentices have the help and support necessary to become excellent tradespeople.
