Lee is originally from Essex, England. He lived there until the ‘Land of the Long White Cloud’ beckoned in late 2002. Lee started his recruitment career way back in 1996. Working in real estate in the UK, he sold a house to the manager of a recruitment company who then persuaded him he would enjoy recruitment more than real estate.  That person was right and now, 12 years later, he is a recruitment manager with a huge amount of experience. His first 7 years were spent in the UK but the last 6 - 7 have been spent working in New Zealand firstly for a large Australian corporate, then in a locally owned, totally new enterprise. He returned to England for an extended break in 2007 before returning to New Zealand and recruiting on Auckland’s North Shore. He left the most recent in February 2009 to set up davidgeorge recruitment.

Danielle started her career in the Dental Industry in 1990 as a Dental Assistant.  Qualifying in 1992 after successfully passing the National certificate for Dental Assistant’s exam. She spent the next ten years working her way up to Senior DA, gaining invaluable experience of the Dental Industry before leaving to run her own successful dental temping recruitment agency in the UK.

After a short maternity break in 2004, when, she also retrained as a complimentary therapist, Danielle returned to the dental industry part time as a dental receptionist. In June 2007 with her husband and young son she moved to New Zealand and the Hibiscus Coast for a lifestyle change and a more relaxed and outdoor lifestyle.

Upon arriving in New Zealand, Danielle returned to the Dental Industry and took on some temporary dental work, progressing to manage the day to day operations of a dental recruitment business.

In early 2009 Danielle decided to set up her own dental temping & recruitment agency and put her 18 years experience of the industry to good use, joining forces with Lee Gosshawk to set up davidgeorge recruitment.
